The EPF HQ is the [[Space Academy]], located inside the future [[Lighthouse]]. It replaced the [[Elite Penguin Force]], which no longer exists due to an unknown reason.

The EPF first appeared for 2014 penguins during the [[Future Party]]. The future version of [[Gary]], called now [[Gary#Gary 3000|Gary 3000]] was meetable during the party. The [[Space Academy]], making its first appearance, replaced the [[Lighthouse]].
