'''Herbert HQ''' is a party room and [[Herbert P. Bear]]'s lair for [[Halloween Party 2015]]. From here, Herbert was controlling the [[MascBots 2999]]. After the player deactivate the Rookie Bot, it gives the location where Herbert was hidden. Then in his lair, Herbert shows his plan to build his own MascBot, the Herbot. The Herbot turns against Herbert and trap he and [[Klutzy]] inside a cage. The agents of EPF with the help of [[Gary]] successful deactivate the Herbot.
