The Carousel Background is a rare background in Club Penguin. It is a prize during the Fall Fair 2008, available for everyone for the price of 400 tickets. It is based on the carousel ride in the Underground Pool during the Fall Fair.

It made its first debut at the Fall Fair 2008 and it cost 400 tickets. It has not yet returned, making it an uncommon item.
