| The '''Kite 1000''' is a tracking device that first appeared in [[Secret Mission]] #9. It was used to locate your old [[Spy Phone]] (which was stolen by [[Herbert P. Bear|Herbert]]) via a tracking device tied to it. It was placed above the [[Ski Mountain]], along with the other two tracking devices. Amazingly, you have to destroy the blueprints to make the contraption. Like all other prototypes, the name of this kite ends in "1000".
