It's used to let players feed [[puffles]]. You can find the Puffle Feeding Area by going to the [[Snow Forts]] and going up from there. It was removed after the Puffle Party was over.

The Puffle Feeding Area was a party room that was added for the Puffle Party 2009, Puffle Party 2010, Puffle Party 2011, Puffle Party 2012 and Puffle Party 2013. You didn't need to be a member to get access to this room as it was available to all players. You could find the Puffle Feeding Area by going to the Snow Forts.
