The Purple Vest (formerly the Purple Cross Country Vest) is a body item in Club Penguin. Only members could buy it for 450 coins in the Penguin Style catalog. It is mostly worn by female penguins.
In the November 2008 Penguin Style catalog, it went with the Pink Scarf and Pink Mittens. In the January and February Penguin Style catalogs, it also went with The Sidetied, due to the closing of the Big Wigs catalog.
In the November 2010 Penguin Style catalog, it paired with The Posh.
