On September 3, the membership page was updated revealing that members could buy skates, outfits and a new igloo and do tricks in the Skatepark. On the same day, the Club Penguin's mainpage, login and exit screens were updated with new ads.

On September 10, the Portuguese blogger Tulip4zul posted a sneak peek of the Stage[4]. The charity and youth movement Free the Children created a website about its partnership with Club Penguin for the party[5]. On September 11, Spanish blogger Tato Maxx posted a video about the construction of schools in Ecuador, India and Haiti[6]. On September 17, a sneak peek video of the party was posted on Club Penguin's YouTube channel.
