Seagulls are creatures found around Club Penguin. Currently, they can only be seen in the mini-game Hydro-Hopper.

In the real-life book The Ultimate Official Guide to Club Penguin, it was confirmed that the birds in Hydro Hopper are seagulls, not ducks.
Rockhopper has claimed to have met a seagull with a wingspan bigger than the Migrator's sails wearing a coat.
They can be heard from the Beach, Dock, Cove or Iceberg.
