The Surf's Up stamp is a stamp in Club Penguin that was released on October 4th, 2010 in the Cart Surfer sub-section. You could obtain this stamp by "surfing" (standing up and riding) around 8 corners. Press Up then hold Left/Right (depending on turns) to surf.
