The '''Time Travel 1000''' was an invention used in the [[Stage]] play, ''The Penguins that Time Forgot''. It can supposedly "transport" [[penguin]]s to the past, and in this case, prehistoric times. The main character and protagonist ([[Chester]]) bought it for 10 [[coins]]. It turns out that it is an ordinary cardboard box that yet somehow works. In the play it broke and stranded Chester in the ancient land known as "Grub". This may be because the [[Penguin Play Awards]] had just started and ''The Penguins that Time Forgot'' was one of the voting options.
