Bailey, or Inspector Bailey, is a character from the play The Haunting of the Viking Opera. Bailey is the penguin who helps Helga and Hector the Director to solve the mystery of the ghost, who later revealed to be Moneek, the Stage's costume designer. This character is similar to Jacques Hammer, from the play Ruby and the Ruby, as both are detectives, but Jacques wears a hat and Bailey doesn't.
