Lightning is a weather event in Club Penguin that usually appears during Halloween. Clicking on the sky would result in a lightning strike.
History
Lightning was expected before the Halloween Party 2008 arrived. Gary the Gadget Guy said that a lightning storm would hit the island just in time for Halloween. During the event, lightning flashed from outside the Dojo, revealing ninja shadows. After the event, The last lightning struck the Dojo, which revealed its exterior and starting the Dig Out the Dojo project. Since then, lightning occurs every Halloween.
