The Blue Border Collie is a type of Puffle Creature in Club Penguin. Members are able to adopt it at the Pet Shop. It is a loyal trouble-maker.
History
The Blue Border Collie and Orange Tabby Cat Puffles were later spotted in a sneak peek for the Club Penguin App. A Blue Border Collie was later seen in a Club Penguin YouTube short. On March 27, along with the Cat, it was revealed in a sketch on the What's New Blog.[1] They were released with the Puffle Party 2014.

Full of energy, they're always up for a walk or playing fetch. Just watch out for their slobbery kisses.
