The '''Snow Forts''' is a popular room in ''[[Club Penguin]]''. [[Penguin]]s often have snowball fights in this room. This is also where the [[Clock Tower]] is located. The path to the right leads to the [[Plaza]]. The middle path leads to the [[Ice Rink]]/[[Stadium]]. The path to the left leads to the [[Town]]. The Clock Tower was added on  February 27, 2007. This is also where [[puffle]]s were seen for the first time in December 2005.

The Snow Forts opened on September 12, 2005 during the [[Beta Testing|beta testing]] stage of Club Penguin. Before that, if a penguin went to the right side of the Town, they would arrive at the Plaza (or vice versa). In November 2005, [[Puffle|puffles]] were seen for the first time (in Club Penguin) in the Snow Forts, and on December 14<small>th</small> [[Puffle Roundup]] was released. In early 2006, Puffle Roundup was moved to the [[Plaza]].  


==Trivia==
In early 2007, [[Gary the Gadget Guy]] built the [[Clock Tower]], and it was placed in the Snow Forts on February 27<small>th</small>. Since then, it has remained a cultural and historical landmark of Club Penguin.  
*Snow Forts was opened sometime in September 2005.


*As of April 17, 2008, the Clock Tower malfunctioned. [[Herbert P. Bear]] was the cause to the tower's malfunction.
On December 6, 2012, the Snow Forts received a new design along with the [[Ski Village]], [[Beach]], [[Dock]], [[Town]], and [[Plaza]].  
 
*It is believed that if the [[Iceberg]] becomes too full, penguins teleport to the Snow Forts. People thought that this meant the Iceberg was tipped, and had to rebuild itself. Unfortunately, it was actually designed to relive the iceberg of lagging. It is also important to note that [[Penguin|penguins]] are not always teleported to the Snow Forts.
*Snow in the Snow Forts are believed to be the best snow in the whole of [[Club Penguin]], as said in the [[Secret Mission]] 7. It is much stiffer than snow from other rooms. This is why Snowball fights are focused here.

The Snow Forts are almost always decorated for parties and events. For most parties until mid-2012, the decorations were mainly themed versions of the forts with other minor decorations (for example, during [[Music Jam]] 2009, 2010 and 2011 the forts was a "battle of the bands").

Also, since 2008 Snow Forts has been the entrance to party rooms at many parties.

*There is a message written in [[Secret Agent]] code in the clock tower, which is "By G".
*During the 2007 Christmas party, the forts were replaced by two giant snowmen.
*The time on the clock tower is the same time as it is at the Club Penguin headquarters.
 
*The forts were made to look like real life forts of different cultures during the 2008 Sub-Marine party, one was Greek and the other was Aztec.
 
*During the 2008 April Fool's Day Party, the forts were melted and the flagpoles were bent. The Clock on the [[Clock Tower]] displayed the date backwards and the numbers on the Clock had a different font.

The Snow Forts is a popular room in Club Penguin. Penguins often have snowball fights in this room. This is also where the Clock Tower is located. The path to the right leads to the Plaza. The middle path leads to the Ice Rink/Stadium. The path to the left leads to the Town. The Clock Tower was added on February 27, 2007. This is also where puffles were seen for the first time in December 2005.

The Snow Forts opened on September 12, 2005 during the beta testing stage of Club Penguin.
