Name

"??????" is a temporary name. Sensei was also called "??????" before the Card Jitsu's release. The name of the mascot will be Sasquatch, as seen on http://media1.clubpenguin.com/play/v2/content/global/avatar/sprites/sasquatch.swf. --Juca (discussão/talk) 23:48, 9 August 2014 (UTC)

Honestly I don't think we'll learn anything about this creature at all. It'll just stay a mystery. It might not even have a name, in the files this mascot is known as "Cpyeti" and "Sasquatch", its best not to speculate at this time. Mario Rk ^{(T · C)} 23:54, 9 August 2014 (UTC)

Theories

I think the Sasquatch is another ancient myth that is starting to be revealed, like the old ?????? who was seen digging out the Dojo and later became Sensei who taught penguins the Card-Jitsu and solved the old myth that there were ninjas in Club Penguin. I think he is the truth behind the supposed "Yeti" appearences that even have an article here about those appearences. He didn't come "out of the blue" when it comes to mysteries, the Club Penguin Team are masters. People are complaining that they are revealing things too fast, but I highly disagree. They DON'T reveal it "the next week" that myths are here since the Club Penguin creation. The Iceberg for example since the first issues of the Club Penguin Times Aunt Arctic hinted that there might be something under the berg and she kept saying that 'til 2012 when there was the Prehistoric Party and it was revealed that a shark is under the iceberg and that's the truth about the Iceberg. And even in the club penguin videos there were hidden messages about the cp mysteries. And it goes further than that! Since the beginning the team KNEW that what's under the iceberg is the prehistoric shark and THAT'S WHY THE RAISED PART OF THE ICEBERG IS SHAPED AS A FIN! And if you look at the prehistoric iceberg the shark's fin fits perfectly in the raised part. And I'm not saying that by speculations SCREENHOG revealed in his Twitter that the mysteries and secrets were created since the beginning! Another thing is the Director's Identity. Since the PSA creation they created the Director to be Aunt Arctic and that's not something they decided later. This creature is leading penguins to think of many theories about what is this thing and what he will do or did. We should create a Rumor section using the rumor template and write their theories. So why do we have that template after all?--Grande Yoda (talk) 23:01, 14 August 2014 (UTC) CP Ideas is good, but people visit more the Club Penguin Wiki, this wiki, so I don't think it would be bad to show the rumors in both wikis (CP Ideas and here). This creature is arousing curiosity in penguins, I'm watching them on Twitter and I see that they WANT to know more about the sasquatch. We could take advantage of it and enlarge the article showing possibilities, rumors using always a fact to confirm our opinions like he was here since 2005 because of the Beta Hat or he will lead us to the Forest of Hybrid Puffles (or Creature Puffles as it was nominated in this wiki) because the two forests and pictures are similar (I came up with this one and I'll explain it later with details). Additionally, Hat Pop also created a Theories/Rumors section in the Numbered Buoys page (http://www.clubpenguinwiki.info/wiki/Numbered_Buoys) taking advantage of that moment when the Secrets section of Club Penguin Times was about the buoys and people were curious about it. I think we should do that to this article too, 'cause people are much more curious about this creature, than they were about the buoys. Like I've said before - theories and rumors are NOT the same thing! If you want to post the theories you've made, go to CP Ideas. That's what it's made for. We're the Club Penguin CANON Wiki, not Club Penguin FANON Wiki. If we start allowing a theories in the mainspace, we'll start turning into Wikia... I understand. But the Theories section is not new. In the Numbered Buoys there is too and instead of focusing on our sub wikis we should focus on our own wiki to not be shadow of wikia. The sub wiki we should focus on is the Archives as many users pointed out.
