About Us Request a picture! Founded on 21st April 2012 (at wikia), the Picture Department aims to help users edit different types of pictures. Currently, we provide the following services: Designing Penguin Outlook Simple Picture editing. --Dps04talk P.S. This is a branch, to make new users able to request for custom penguins and other things we provide. Wolfgangs is responsible for the branch here. Among the biggest of our achievements are Club Penguin Wiki:Admin Portraits and Admin Portraits in the Shops Wiki. Our History April 21st 2012 : Department Founded in Wikia by Dps04, which is still running today. August 17th 2012 : Happy65 replaced Dps04's post as the leader of the Picture Department. September 4th 2012 : Wolfgangs founded the Picture Department branch in Club Penguin Wiki
