You also may not make personal attacks against users of any kind. Users who violate this policy will be blocked. Difference between criticism and harassment
Harassment and Criticism are two completely different things. Criticism is usually made in an attempt to improve someone else's ideas with the goal of helping someone out, and is allowed as long as it is constructive. Harassment/bulling is done with the sole purpose of insulting or offending someone, and it not allowed.
