*You must be an active editor of the Club Penguin Wiki or a former editor who still visits with a positive attitude.
*Being blocked on this wiki prevents you from voting. You can only vote if your block expires. Asking others to vote on your behalf is against this policy.
*You must have at least 50 mainspace edits to vote.

If you are an editor of a related wiki and also this wiki, please follow these guidelines. If they do involve another related wiki or not, mass-advertising a vote that is hosted on this wiki is against this policy. Telling people to vote for something on another wiki's sitenotice is not only unfair but biased and therefore is not allowed. There have been previous occasions of this including:
*Being an active editor of a related wiki of ours does not mean you qualify to vote.
*Being blocked on this wiki prevents you from voting during the duration of your block. Asking others to vote on your behalf is not permitted.
*A vote about our main page being changed was placed on the CPW sitenotice. After being spotted by regular Fanon wiki editors, a biased note telling people to vote against it was placed on Fanon's ''sitenotice''. The vote failed.
**Users who vote for blocked users may be disciplined as well.
*Emphasising a particular option in a vote is also against this policy. There have been many occasions when seperate parts were made in the forum page that were preaching for people to vote for this choice.

*Mass-advertising about a vote is prohibited unless authorized by an Administrator in a specific case.
