The Blue Electric Guitar is a hand item in Club Penguin. It was available in the Back Stage in the Music Catalog during the Music Jam 2010. If you dance while wearing this item alone, or any shirts that could be purchased in the Shirts Rock Catalog, or the Music Jam Shirt, your penguin will play the guitar.
