The Box Costume is a body item in Club Penguin. Members are able to obtain this item for free after completing the Silly Scavenger Hunt during the April Fools' Party 2011. It can also be obtained in a party room during the April Fools' Party 2012. Members needed this item to enter A Strange Dimension. If the player danced only with the Box Costume on, the player would hide in it. It goes with the Box Hat and the Box Shoes. A similar item is the Present Outfit.

Glitch

After a few days it was released, there was a glitch where if the player wore the Purple Propeller Hat at the same time as this item, and the player danced, the player would do both actions. This glitch has been fixed.
