The Unknown Elite Puffle is a white Puffle that is met in the Elite Penguin Force download mission: Puffle Pranksters. Not much is known about it. The only thing confirmed is that the Puffle can easily freeze anything with a single breath and the ice shatters WITH the item inside it.
