An Elite Penguin Force Agent (EPF Agent for short) is an unfathomably ranked Penguin that appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. EPF Agents are part of the Elite Penguin Force. You can become an EPF Agent by buying Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. They have access to the Command Room, which is inside of the cabinet in the PSA HQ.

Not much is known about EPF Agents except that they work closely with the Director of the P.S.A.. Not much information was given on the CP Blog's official post, but EPF Agents are indeed higher ranked than Secret Agents. You can only play EPF for the Nintendo DS, therefore you are required to buy a DS and this game, so you can be Higher ranked than Secret Agents on regular Club Penguin.
