The Gift Shop Owner is a Penguin that appears in the Club Penguin video game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. She is Lime Green with a Red Suede Jacket and a yellow scarf.
She appears in random missions. She also appears on one of the Club Penguin wallpapers.

- She and the Sport Shop Assistant might be related.
- She appears in the last EPF mission afraid of the Ultimate Proto-Bot.
- She wears a fur jacket and a yellow scarf.
- She may have been the first ever Lime Green penguin.
