The Gift Shop Owner is a Penguin that appears in the Club Penguin video game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. She is Lime Green with a Red Suede Jacket and a yellow scarf.
She appears in random missions. She also appears on one of the Club Penguin wallpapers.
