The guitars are Club Penguin musical instruments. There are three kinds of guitars, Electric, Base, and Acoustic Guitars. If you wear only the guitar and nothing else, you'll do a special dance.

Acoustic Guitars

The acoustic guitar is a hand item that you can buy in the catalog. If you wear nothing except the guitar you will start to play it.

Electric Guitars

The electric guitars are almost the same as an acoustic guitar, except they're different shapes. Electric guitars come in three colours, red, pink, and black. If you wear nothing but an electric guitar, you will start to play it. A black electric guitar is available in the treasure book.

Bass Guitars

Bass guitars only come in a blue/white color. They were first released during the Music Jam. If you wear nothing but a bass guitar and dance, you will start to play it.

• During the Music Jam party in the Back Stage there was a catalog of musical instruments.In this catalog members could buy a Bass Guitar and a red Electric Guitar.

• Franky from the Club Penguin Band plays on an Acoustic Guitar.
