Happy77 (real name Rachel Leards) is a Club Penguin moderator, writer, and blogger. On Penguin Chat 3, she was seen at least once as a snail. Happy77 posts several videos about Club Penguin on her YouTube account. Most of them reveal future things in Club Penguin. In her YouTube videos, she often talks using emotes.
