What a typical Non-Member might look like.

Non-members are the penguins that do not pay a subscribed membership on Club Penguin. They conform approximately ⅓ of the population of Club Penguin Island (though this statistic is questionable since many members have quit and no longer play Club Penguin, therefore meaning there will likely be more non-members than members). They get in arguments with Members a lot. They will often throw snowballs at each other and call each other names.

What non-members can do

  • Wear pins, found hidden on the island.
  • Go anywhere in Club Penguin, excluding "Members-only" rooms during a party.
  • Play games.
  • If you buy a Club Penguin toy, book, or trading card game, then you receive a code that can unlock some items previously only available to Members.

What non-members can't do

  • Own more than two puffles or purchase pink, green, black, purple, yellow and white puffles.
  • Open their igloos to the public.
