The Party Hats, along with the [[pins]], are some of the very few items that will never come back in [[Club Penguin]]. The Party Hat (also known as Beta Hat, Beta Test Hat, and Beta Test Party Hat) was the first [[Party]] Hat ever made, not to mention the first [[Club Penguin]] item created. It was given away during the Beta [[Party]] in [[Club Penguin]]'s Beta Testing days. It was yellow and pink striped. Then came the 1st Year Party Hat, from the first [[Club Penguin]] Anniversary [[Party]]. It was green and dark blue. Then the 2nd year Party Hat, from the second [[Club Penguin]] Anniversary. It was yellow and orange.
