The Party Hats, along with the [[pins]], are some of the very few items that will never come back in [[Club Penguin]]. The Party Hat (a.k.a Beta Test Hat) was the first Party Hat ever made, not to mention the first [[Club Penguin]] item created. It was given away during the Beta Party in [[Club Penguin]]'s Beta Testing days. It was yellow and pink striped. Then came the 1st Year Party Hat, from the first [[Club Penguin]] anniversary. It was dark green and blue. Then the 2nd year Party Hat, from the second [[Club Penguin]] anniversary. It was yellow and orange.
