The Ultimate Mission is the 10th mission in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge. In this mission you have to save the island from sinking and then you can have a Water Party.

When you are talking with Herbert, when it is your turn to talk, his mouth did not stop moving.
