The Toy Sack is a neck item in Club Penguin. All players could obtain this item for free during the Holiday Party 2013 as part of Coins for Change. This item is a prize for meeting the third goal during the 2013 Coins for Change, in which "you'll build 10 school libraries through Partners in the Horn of Africa and provide 5 school reading spaces in India.
