The 4th Year Party Hat was a head item that was given out during Club Penguin's 4th Anniversary Party at the party's traditional location, the Coffee Shop. It was free and it is available to all penguins on Club Penguin. It was hidden in a pinata above the entrance to the Book Room. It was only available for one day, and the 4th Year Anniversary Party was only one day long, because of tradition. However, this year, the party was extended to October 25.

Trivia

• Prior to the party, there was large speculation to the colors of the hat.
• One of the rumored colors was green and yellow due to there was some photos with yellow and green balloons, due to the fact that the balloons' color are usually the hat's colour.
• The hats colors were as you can see purple, and blue.
• The party was an extra day longer because a lot of penguins could not get into the coffee shop, this was because of probable crowdness.
• This Hat will NEVER come back the same as the other party hats.
• The fourth year party was not as big as the past year (3rd year).
• This year the ice cream apron was NOT given out.
• Most Penguins should own this party hat.
• It's commonly seen throughout club penguin.
