The Unknown Band member was a mysterious light blue penguin that could be seen during the Winter Luau 2006 with the Penguin Band before Franky joined. All the other band members where confirmed to be Stompin' Bob and G Billy, but Petey K was not there. Many penguins think that this was before Franky joined or Franky in a different colour.

The unknown band member is a light blue penguin that has the talent of playing the guitar. Its last appearance was at the Winter Luau party in 2006. He/she wears a grass skirt as well.Sense then he never apeared at any party since

• If it is a boy, he may be Franky in a different outfit and color or it may be G Billy because G Billy has blue and so does the unknown member, but a different shade of blue, so this may not be true.
• The unknown Band member's current whereabouts are currently unknown but may return to another party in the future.
