This is a list of the official designated bureaucrats of the Club Penguin Wiki since its founding. Bots and spare accounts are not listed. Users are considered a bureaucrat if they have experience with the right for at least 48 hours after their promotion, and are considered demoted if they have not been re-promoted within 72 hours after demotion. Current wiki bureaucrats are bolded with dark green.

Demotion Reasons:

• [A] Abuse: this user abused their admin rights, or has been misbehaving.
• [B] Blocked: this user was demoted due to a block.
• [C] Community vote: the community voted to demote this user.
• [D] Inactivity: this administration has decided to demote this user due to the fact they don't/rarely log in.
• [E] Resigned: this user decided to have this right revoked from them, or have retired from the wiki.
• [F] Trial expiry/Temporary: the temporary trial given to this user has expired, or this right was only temporary for a special reason.
• [X] Account compromised: the account was compromised by another user/group and led to a demotion for security reasons.
