The 5th Year Party Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It was given at the Coffee Shop for free. The colours of the party hat are red, orange, yellow, turquoise, and green. It is the first and only party hat so far that consists of five colors. It was obviously rare after the party ended, since it would never come back.
