The Binoculars are at the Cove. They are an alternate version of the Telescope at the Beacon. You can see Fluffy the Fish and a boat through the binoculars.

Trivia

• In the 2007 Halloween Party Octi would be seen wearing a Clown Wig and holding a Red Lollipop.

• On the 2008 April Fool's Day Party , there was Day And Night at the binoculars.

• The Hydro-Hopper boat can be seen through the binoculars.

• You could see rain clouds at the binoculars in 2007 June and 2008 October. Many said that it would cause the Solar Eclipse for the 2008 Halloween party. That however, was not confirmed, but may have been the reason.
