The Black Parka is a body item in Club Penguin. Members can buy this item for 500 coins in the Penguin Style catalog when it's available. Its counterpart is the White Parka. Due to the fact that the hood obscures most of the head, a head item looks strange in combination with this item.
In the November 2008 Penguin Style catalog, it went with the Winter Boots.
History
The Black Parka was first released in December 2006, and was re-released in December 2007, then again in November 2008. It's final release was in January 2010, and the parka hasn't been available since then. Therefore, it's an uncommon item.
