The Black and Red Sailor Shirt is a body item in Club Penguin. It was released during the Rockhopper's Arrival Party. It looks like the Lighthouse Donation Jumper, except there are black stripes instead of white stripes. You could get it at the Beach. Currently, this item is also available from the Sushi Drop game of the app, My Penguin. Members can get this item in the Puffle Digging.
