The Blue Bunny Ears were the 2nd Bunny Ears released, after the Pink Bunny Ears. They were obtainable during the 2007 Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt. You had to find all 10 eggs in the hunt to get it. It will most likely be obtainable in the 2010 easter party, as it is next in the annual cycle. About 1 out of 10,000 penguins currently have it.
