The Blue Skater hat is a popular item. It was released on October 19th, 2009 and it was no longer available on October 4th 2011 when Club Penguin removed all the old Treasure Books. Then at March 5th The Series 16 treasure book had this item.

• In 2009, there was a glitch in which the head item did not appear in the penguin's inventory. This glitch is now fixed.
