The Blue Water Wings is a hand item in Club Penguin. They were only released at the Water Party 2007 as a free item. They are considered rare. All penguins were able to obtain this item. If one dances with only these on or with an Inflatable Duck, they will start to swim.Mwa Mwas Use Them Because Of The Duckie Army and they cant swim because they act like babys .
Trivia
- There is a little dot on one wing to blow it up, although you cannot blow it up or deflate it in the game itself.
- These items are commonly popular with non-members.
- Its very rare because its was only available in 2007.
