The Arcade Circle was a members only room added on September 26, 2008 during the Fall Fair 2008. There was a prize booth in the Arcade Circle, where members can earn tickets around Club Penguin to get the items. The items were a teddy bear, caramel apple on a stick, and giant yellow sunglasses.
It was another addition to "The Party" series.

Trivia
- It was added on the Fall Fair 2008.
- It is a members only area and does not require any thing to get in.
- Many attempts by non-members to break in has been attempted. Only players using WPE Pro got in.
It contained two games that are as follows "Puffle Squirt" and a balloon game. It also had a prize booth with items only for full members.
- Non-members would sometimes block the entrance to the Arcade Circle.
- Some say the Arcade Circle is originally the Ice Rink in the Penguin Games; as it is the same size of it and in the same location. But The Enter and Exit are in different places
- This room was removed at the end of the Fall Fair 08
