The Bucket Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It is a free item available to all penguins for the Celebration of Water, found in the Snow Forts. However, when it was released, it was a members-only item.
History
The Bucket Hat was released on November 16, 2010 only to members for the first hours. It was switched to be available to all penguins soon.
