Chirp is a specially-trained Yellow Elite Puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. he can play the flute so high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes, without actually damaging the object inside. Chirp's flute can also short-circuit machines such as a Jet Pack.

- Chirp was a character in the Exclusive Christmas Book, Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic (only shown during the Christmas Party 2008) in the Book Room.
- You train with Chirp on the Tallest Mountain on Elite Penguin Force.
- he actually wears an artist's cap when playing the flute.
- In the Puffle Party 2009, she could be one of the actors in the Lighthouse.
- Chirp probably plays "A, B, C, D, E (music notes)" on his flute.
- In the Puffle Party 2010, he could have been the Yellow Puffle painting your picture.
