The Clown Wig is a head item in Club Penguin. It has appeared at every Halloween Party except for the Halloween Party 2009. If you wear this and the Clown Suit and dance, you will juggle 3 green balls.
Trivia
- It was the first wig. Though at the time of its release, it was still considered a normal head item, not a wig.
