An Elite Penguin Force Agent (EPF Agent for short) is an unfathomably ranked penguin that appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. EPF Agents are part of the Elite Penguin Force. They have access to the Command Room.
EPF Agents work closely with the Director of the E.P.F.. EPF Agents are indeed higher ranked than Secret Agents (the agents of the PSA, it is no longer possible to be one). You used to only get to play EPF for the Nintendo DS, therefore you used to be required to buy a DS and the game, so you could be higher ranked than Secret Agents on regular Club Penguin.

Role in Club Penguin
- EPF Agents have special Elite Penguin Force Missions assigned.
- Secret Agents of the PSA had minor missions, compared to EPF Agents.
- EPF Agents have access to secret places around Club Penguin besides the ones listed.
To become an EPF Agent
NOTICE: If you were previously serving the PSA, and you're still not an EPF agent, scroll down to Case B.
Case A
Step 1A: Get somebody to send you an EPF invitation letter. If you don't have that, you'll have to wait
Step 2A: Go to the Everyday Phoning Facility with that letter and hit the target.
Case B
Step 1B: Open up your Spy phone and follow the instructions on there.
Badges
As EPF Agents complete missions on the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force video game, they get promoted to different badges on the game. Here's a list of the badges in order of rank:
- High Level Clearance
- Super High Level Clearance
- Super Duper High Level Clearance
- Ultra Super Amazing High Level Clearance
- Unbelievably Over-The-Top High Level Clearance
Trivia
- EPF Agents work closer with the Director of the P.S.A. than Secret Agents.
- EPF Agents have access to the new rooms such as the Puffle Training Room, the Mine Tunnels, and the Tool Shed in the game.
- G, Jet Pack Guy, Rookie, Agent PH, and Dot are EPF Agents.
- On the online Club Penguin, there are no missions for EPF agents yet besides Field-Ops
- EPF Agents were not extremely common, as every 3 out of 10 penguins were EPF agents but after the Popcorn Explosion, it has risen to nearly 8 out of 10 penguins.
- Penguins who were EPF agents before the Popcorn Explosion found it unfair that they bought Elite Penguin Force to be EPF agents but after the Popcorn Explosion anyone could be one.
