Quality Scale

This article has been classified as a low quality article.

Filters are measures to keep people safe in Club Penguin. Obviously, swear words won't get through, but some can get through if you use them in a sentence. Most of the time, a ban comes up instantly when typing innapropriate or swear words.

Trivia

  • There once was an incident where you got banned from saying "Ice Cream" due to hacking.
  • The Filters used to be where you could swear until someone reported you but after an update it bans instantly.
  • There are other filters that blocks some normal words (for example, "Love") because some penguins may use them in wrong way. NOTE: You'll not get banned for saying that.
  • There are glitches in the "normal word" filters that block some words that cannot be used in wrong way.
  • Many penguins avoid the filters by using 'Dove' instead of 'Love' and 'Goo Gull' instead of 'Google'.
  • You cannot type any numbers or symbols, as these can reveal personal information and you may use symbols to hide swears.
  • They would make a sequence with the symbols so people would not see such as:  ?!*%#@
