The Gift Shop Manager is a lime green penguin. He has never been seen on the Gift Shop counter when you're in Club Penguin waddling around, but so far, he is only seen in Mission 10, entitled "Waddle Squad".
He wears a jacket that is not known by any penguin, although this jacket may be a jean jacket. His occupation is managing the Gift Shop.
