The Gold Mine is a room in Club Penguin. It was discovered when a rock slide occurred on November 6, 2013 and the Cave Mine closed again. The Gold Mine later opened so players can adopt the new Gold Puffle.
Digging for coins
One could use a Hard Hat, Snow Shovel, Miners Helmet or Red Construction Hat to dig up coins, by dancing. More coins are received when the lights are dim. The current known maximum amount of coins is 100 coins.
