The Halloween Party 2016 was party in Club Penguin. It started on September 28, 2016. This Halloween Party was also be the twelfth annual Halloween Party.
History
Development
The party was first announcement by Megg on meet-up July 18, 2016. Then August 8, 2016 Megg say that there will be a new Scavenger Hunt for Halloween.
